Senior Technical Assistant - Production OSD

We are looking for an Executive - Quality Control to perform analytical testing and quality control activities in a pharmaceutical laboratory. The includes testing raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, documentation, instrument handling, and compliance with GMP and GLP standards. The candidate should have strong analytical knowledge, laboratory discipline, and experience in pharma QC operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, dissolution, UV, and related equipment.
• Conduct stability sample analysis as per approved protocols and schedules.
• Prepare analytical reports, worksheets, logbooks, and laboratory records.
• Ensure testing is performed as per approved specifications, SOPs, and methods.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and safety standards.
• Support method validation, method verification, and analytical troubleshooting.
• Report out-of-specification, out-of-trend, and laboratory incidents to seniors.
• Maintain calibration records, instrument usage logs, and reagent records.
• Coordinate with QA, production, warehouse, and regulatory teams when required.
• Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, storage, and disposal.
• Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and documentation readiness.
• Support investigation, CAPA, and change control activities related to QC.
• Follow all company quality, compliance, and laboratory safety procedures.
