Executive - Quality Assurance

The Executive - Quality Assurance will be responsible for validations, QMS, IPQA, AQA, market complaint handling, and quality system support at APL Health Care Limited, Jadcherla. This requires B.Pharmacy or M.Pharmacy qualification with 3–8 years of QA experience. The candidate should understand GMP compliance, documentation review, quality events, and shop-floor quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform QA activities related to validation, IPQA, AQA, and QMS documentation.
• Review batch manufacturing records, packing records, logbooks, and controlled documents.
• Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and shop-floor compliance monitoring.
• Support deviation, change control, CAPA, investigation, and quality event closure.
• Handle market complaint documentation, investigation support, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, engineering, and regulatory teams.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP, GDP, data integrity, and SOP requirements.
• Support validation documentation and quality system execution.
• Maintain QA trackers, investigation records, and compliance reports.
• Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Train shop-floor teams on GMP, hygiene, documentation, and quality expectations.
• Promote strong quality culture across manufacturing operations.
