Senior Executive - Production OSD

We are hiring a Senior Executive - Production OSD to supervise oral solid dosage production activities, including granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, FBP, and wurster coating operations. The requires strong knowledge of GMP, batch documentation, process control, production planning, and shop floor supervision. The candidate will ensure smooth manufacturing operations, quality compliance, timely production output, and coordination with QA and engineering teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise OSD manufacturing operations across assigned production areas.
• Manage granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and FBP activities.
• Ensure all production processes follow BMR, SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor critical process parameters and maintain batch quality standards.
• Review batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and production documents.
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance, in-process checks, and deviation handling.
• Ensure timely execution of production plans and batch completion targets.
• Support troubleshooting of process, equipment, and manpower-related issues.
• Guide operators and junior staff on production procedures and GMP practices.
• Participate in process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
• Maintain proper material flow, status labeling, and documentation control.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Handle deviation reporting, investigation support, CAPA, and change control inputs.
• Coordinate with engineering for equipment maintenance and breakdown resolution.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance within the production department.
