Executive - Engineering

We are looking for an Executive - Engineering to manage engineering maintenance and operational support for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. The involves process maintenance, packing maintenance, instrumentation coordination, preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, equipment documentation, and GMP-compliant engineering practices. The candidate should be capable of ensuring machine availability, reducing downtime, and supporting smooth production and packing operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for production and packing equipment.
• Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
• Support process equipment, packing machinery, and utility maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams for engineering support.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend corrective maintenance actions.
• Maintain equipment history cards, maintenance records, and compliance documents.
• Support equipment qualification, installation, commissioning, and modification work.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in calibration and instrumentation-related maintenance coordination.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and support root cause analysis.
• Track spare parts availability and raise requirements when needed.
• Supervise technicians and support staff during maintenance activities.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Ensure safe working practices during all engineering operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency and reliability.
