Electric Incharge

Monilek Hospital Jaipur is hiring an experienced Electric Incharge to manage hospital electrical maintenance, utility systems, panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and preventive maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted electrical support, safety compliance, timely troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of hospital infrastructure while maintaining NABH standards and patient-care safety requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise complete electrical maintenance activities across the hospital facility.
• Manage DG sets, UPS systems, LT/HT panels, transformers, and utility equipment.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical hospital departments and patient-care areas.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
• Attend electrical breakdowns promptly and ensure quick restoration of services.
• Monitor electrical load distribution and maintain system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and NABH standards.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
• Coordinate with vendors and service engineers for major electrical repairs.
• Inspect wiring, panels, switches, and electrical equipment regularly.
• Train and guide electricians and maintenance staff for safe work practices.
• Ensure proper functioning of emergency power backup systems.
• Identify electrical risks and take corrective actions immediately.
• Support hospital operations during audits, inspections, and emergency situations.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and reliable electrical environment in the hospital.
