TPA Coordinator

The TPA Coordinator will manage insurance desk coordination, cashless approval support, claim documentation, patient insurance guidance, billing coordination, and TPA follow-up at Wockhardt Hospitals, Jaipur. This requires any graduate qualification with 0–4 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle TPA, insurance, cashless, reimbursement, and claim-related coordination.
• Collect and verify patient documents, insurance cards, approvals, estimates, and claim forms.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPA teams, billing, doctors, front office, and patients.
• Follow up for pre-authorization, approval status, query resolution, enhancement, and final claim submission.
• Explain insurance process, required documents, approval timelines, and payment responsibility to patients.
• Maintain insurance files, approval records, claim trackers, and TPA documentation.
• Support discharge billing coordination for insured patients.
• Track pending approvals, rejected claims, short payments, and claim queries.
• Coordinate with accounts and billing for insurance-related payment reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, financial, and insurance information.
• Escalate claim delays, documentation gaps, or patient concerns to seniors promptly.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and patient-friendly TPA support.
