Patient Care Executive

The Patient Care Executive will support patient care coordination, front office communication, patient guidance, appointment support, service follow-up, and patient experience at Wockhardt Hospitals, Chennai. This requires any graduate qualification preferred with 0–1 year of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients through registration, consultation, diagnostics, billing, admission, and follow-up process.
• Coordinate appointments, doctor schedules, patient movement, and service flow.
• Track pending reports, investigations, procedures, discharge requirements, and patient requests.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and patient care teams.
• Handle patient queries, counselling needs, and service concerns politely.
• Maintain patient care records, scheduling logs, follow-up trackers, and service updates.
• Escalate delays, complaints, or unresolved issues to seniors promptly.
• Support patient satisfaction and service recovery activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Communicate politely with patients, attendants, and hospital teams.
• Ensure organized, respectful, and patient-friendly care coordination.
• Help improve patient experience through timely communication and service support.
