Secretary - Patient Care Services

The Secretary - Patient Care Services will provide secretarial support, administrative assistance, executive communication, patient care service coordination, documentation, and office workflow management at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 2–7 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily secretarial and administrative activities for the patient care services department.
• Maintain schedules, appointments, files, reports, letters, and department documentation.
• Coordinate communication between patient care team, doctors, administration, front desk, and support departments.
• Prepare Word documents, Excel reports, presentations, meeting notes, and department MIS.
• Handle phone calls, internal communication, patient service follow-ups, and basic coordination tasks.
• Track pending tasks, reports, approvals, and follow-up requirements.
• Support meetings, department reviews, and administrative reporting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, department, and hospital information.
• Assist in patient service coordination whenever required.
• Ensure organized, timely, and professional secretarial support.
