Executive - Patient Care Services

The Executive - Patient Care Services will manage patient care coordination, service support, healthcare communication, front desk coordination, patient guidance, and medical service follow-up at Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. This requires Any Graduate or Hospital Administration qualification with 6–10 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients and attendants through registration, consultation, diagnostics, billing, admission, and discharge process.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front desk, billing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and patient care teams.
• Track patient service requests, pending reports, appointment updates, admission needs, and follow-up requirements.
• Handle patient queries, service concerns, and coordination issues professionally.
• Support smooth patient movement between OPD, diagnostics, wards, billing, and other service areas.
• Maintain patient care records, service logs, follow-up trackers, and daily coordination reports.
• Escalate delays, complaints, or unresolved concerns to seniors promptly.
• Support patient satisfaction, service recovery, and communication improvement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Ensure respectful, organized, and patient-friendly care service delivery.
