This is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling patient registration, appointment scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors politely
• Manage patient registration and entry in hospital software
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently
• Provide basic information about services and timings
• Maintain front desk records and daily reports
• Coordinate with doctors and technicians for patient flow
• Ensure waiting area is clean and organized

• Manage token/counter system for patient queue
• Support billing desk when required
