Secretary - Patient Care Services

The Secretary will support the patient care services department by maintaining records, coordinating communication, preparing reports, managing schedules, and tracking patient care activities. The candidate should have strong administrative skills, confidentiality, documentation accuracy, and professional communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support patient care department with documentation, records, and communication.
• Maintain patient care files, monitoring records, reports, and service trackers.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, internal communication, and follow-up tasks.
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and department documents.
• Coordinate with nursing, doctors, administration, billing, and patient care teams.
• Track pending approvals, reports, complaints, and service updates.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and department-level communication professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Support quality, audit, and service documentation when required.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and organized secretarial support.
