Centre Head Operations

The Centre Head Operations will lead hospital operations, patient service workflow, department coordination, manpower planning, revenue support, quality improvement, and operational efficiency at Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai. This requires MBA, MHA, or healthcare management qualification preferred with 5–20 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, emergency, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, and support departments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration teams.
• Monitor patient flow, waiting time, admission process, discharge coordination, and service delivery standards.
• Supervise operations teams and guide them on hospital SOPs, reporting, and patient communication.
• Track pending reports, approvals, investigations, billing clearance, room readiness, and discharge processes.
• Handle patient and attendant queries, complaints, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain operational reports, patient trackers, daily MIS, and department performance updates.
• Identify service delays, workflow gaps, manpower issues, and operational risks with corrective actions.
• Support manpower planning, duty allocation, vendor coordination, and interdepartmental communication.
• Coordinate with management for hospital performance, service improvement, revenue growth, and operational planning.
• Ensure patient privacy, safety, service quality, and hospital process compliance.
• Deliver smooth, organized, efficient, and patient-centered hospital operations.
