Private Ward - Nursing Officer

Monilek Hospital & Research Centre, Jaipur is hiring a Private Ward Nursing Officer to deliver attentive, patient-focused nursing care to admitted patients. The includes routine patient monitoring, medication administration, ward coordination, documentation, patient comfort, and communication with doctors and family members. The candidate should be responsible, polite, well-organized, and capable of maintaining high standards of nursing care in a private ward setting.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide complete nursing care to patients admitted in the private ward.
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, comfort level, and overall health condition.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments on time.
• Assist doctors during rounds and follow instructions related to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and progress updates.
• Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, safety, and proper bedside care.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, housekeeping, billing, and other departments when needed.
• Support patients during admission, transfer, discharge, and routine procedures.
• Educate patients and attendants about medicines, diet, hygiene, and follow-up care.
• Report any change in patient condition immediately to the doctor or senior nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the patient room and nursing station.
• Handle patient queries politely and provide supportive communication to families.
• Follow hospital infection control, safety, and nursing care protocols.
• Ensure smooth handover of patient information during shift changes.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care at all times.
