Centre Head Operations

The Centre Head Operations will manage complete center operations, patient service workflow, team supervision, revenue support, and administrative coordination at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Pune. This requires MBA, MHA, or hospital administration qualification with 5–8 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily center operations and ensure smooth OPD, diagnostics, counselling, and billing flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counsellors, front office, billing, pharmacy, and support teams.
• Monitor patient waiting time, service quality, procedure coordination, and center performance.
• Track revenue, patient conversion, appointment flow, and operational MIS reports.
• Supervise staff performance, duty allocation, discipline, and patient service standards.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service delays professionally.
• Support local marketing, referral coordination, and business development activities.
• Ensure SOP compliance, patient safety, documentation, and efficient center operations.
