Electrician

The Electrician will support hospital electrical maintenance, power supply systems, electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response, and safety compliance at Sahrudaya Health Care, Pune. This requires ITI or electrical maintenance qualification with 3–13 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems across hospital areas.
• Attend electrical complaints from wards, ICU, OT, OPD, emergency, and support departments.
• Check lights, switches, wiring, panels, sockets, MCBs, UPS, and power points.
• Support generator, UPS, inverter, and emergency power backup readiness.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine electrical safety checks.
• Report major breakdowns, repeated faults, or unsafe electrical conditions to seniors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, biomedical, housekeeping, security, and administration teams.
• Maintain electrical repair logs, complaint records, material usage, and maintenance checklists.
• Follow electrical safety, PPE, fire safety, and hospital maintenance SOPs.
• Support emergency electrical repairs without disturbing patient care.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and electrical materials properly.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted electrical services.
