Plumber

The Plumber will be responsible for maintaining hospital plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, pipelines, sanitary fittings, leak repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency plumbing support at Sahrudaya Health Care, Pune. This requires ITI Plumber qualification with 1–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing lines, taps, sinks, toilets, flush systems, and drainage lines.
• Attend plumbing complaints from wards, ICU, OT, OPD, emergency, and public areas.
• Repair leakage, blockage, water pressure issues, sanitary fittings, and pipe-related problems.
• Maintain water tanks, pumps, valves, pipelines, and drainage systems as assigned.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspection of plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, nursing, and administration teams.
• Maintain plumbing complaint logs, material usage records, and repair documentation.
• Report major leakage, repeated faults, water shortage, or safety concerns to seniors.
• Follow hygiene, infection control, PPE, and hospital maintenance SOPs.
• Respond quickly to emergency plumbing issues to avoid patient service disruption.
• Keep plumbing tools and materials organized and ready for use.
• Ensure clean, safe, and functional sanitation and water systems.
