Hospital Floor Manager

The Hospital Floor Manager will supervise floor operations, patient service workflow, hospital coordination, staff communication, service quality, and daily hospital floor management at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Erode. This requires 4–8 years of experience in hospital management and hospital operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned hospital floor operations and ensure smooth patient service workflow.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, counselling, billing, pharmacy, front office, and support departments.
• Monitor patient waiting time, consultation flow, diagnostics, counselling, billing, and procedure coordination.
• Handle patient and attendant queries, service delays, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain floor discipline, cleanliness, patient comfort, room readiness, and service standards.
• Track patient movement, pending reports, pending services, and operational updates.
• Support admission, procedure, surgery, discharge, and follow-up coordination when required.
• Maintain floor-level records, coordination logs, reports, and daily operational trackers.
• Escalate operational issues, patient complaints, or department delays to seniors promptly.
• Ensure hospital SOPs, patient safety, privacy, and service quality standards are followed.
• Support staff coordination, duty follow-up, and patient experience improvement.
• Ensure smooth, organized, and patient-friendly hospital floor management.
