Receptionist

The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, patient greeting, appointment booking, registration support, call handling, enquiry response, and patient guidance at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Bengaluru. This is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, receptionist activities, desk management, and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and guests professionally at the front desk.
• Handle appointment booking, patient registration, enquiry response, and OPD coordination.
• Provide information about doctors, timings, services, reports, billing, and hospital process flow.
• Manage phone calls, walk-in enquiries, appointment confirmations, and patient service requests.
• Guide patients to consultation, optometry, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, and counselling areas.
• Maintain appointment registers, enquiry logs, patient records, and front office documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, billing, counselling, pharmacy, and patient care teams.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate complaints or service delays to seniors.
• Use hospital software, computer systems, telephone, printer, scanner, and office tools efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Maintain professional grooming and positive guest relations.
• Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly reception services.
