Floor Manager

The Floor Manager will manage hospital floor operations, patient movement, staff coordination, service delivery, healthcare operations, and patient experience at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Nagercoil. This requires 2–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, hospital management, and hospital operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise floor-level activities and ensure smooth patient flow across departments.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometry, counselling, billing, pharmacy, front office, and support teams.
• Monitor waiting time, service delays, consultation flow, diagnostics, and patient coordination.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and operational concerns professionally.
• Maintain floor discipline, cleanliness, patient comfort, and service standards.
• Track patient movement, pending services, reports, and daily floor updates.
• Support procedure, surgery, admission, discharge, and follow-up coordination when required.
• Ensure hospital SOPs, patient privacy, safety, and service quality standards are followed.
• Maintain coordination logs, floor reports, operational updates, and service trackers.
• Escalate delays, complaints, or workflow gaps to seniors promptly.
• Support patient experience improvement through timely coordination.
• Ensure efficient, organized, and patient-friendly floor management.
