Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will coordinate training programs, training delivery support, trainer scheduling, participant communication, attendance tracking, and learning documentation at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Chennai. This requires 4–7 years of experience in training coordination, facilitation, and training operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, induction sessions, and learning activities.
• Schedule trainers, participants, venues, materials, and training calendars.
• Support training delivery, facilitation, attendance tracking, and session management.
• Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to employees and departments.
• Maintain training records, feedback forms, attendance sheets, certificates, and reports.
• Coordinate with HR, department heads, trainers, operations, and business teams.
• Track training completion, pending sessions, feedback scores, and learning effectiveness data.
• Prepare training MIS, dashboards, calendars, and program status updates.
• Support onboarding training, refresher training, service training, and compliance learning.
• Ensure training material, equipment, and meeting arrangements are ready before sessions.
• Handle participant queries and training-related coordination professionally.
• Ensure organized, timely, and effective training coordination support.
