Senior Executive - Regional Talent Acquisition

The Senior Executive - Regional Talent Acquisition will manage regional hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, lateral hiring, bulk hiring, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Bengaluru. This requires strong recruitment skills with 2–6 years of experience in non-IT hiring, volume hiring, and talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, optical, operations, and support roles.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, department heads, and regional teams.
• Manage lateral hiring, bulk hiring, non-IT recruitment, and urgent vacancy closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status reports, and hiring MIS.
• Coordinate with job portals, consultants, referrals, social media, and internal hiring channels.
• Follow up with selected candidates for salary discussion, offer process, documents, and joining date.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment updates for regional business requirements.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Support smooth, professional, and target-focused regional talent acquisition.
