Medical Head

The Medical Head will lead medical services, clinical governance, doctor coordination, patient care quality, medical operations, and hospital clinical administration at Apollo Hospitals, Bengaluru. This requires MBBS with MD / MS / DNB preferred and 6–8 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and ensure quality patient care delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, nursing, ICU, OT, emergency, and administration teams.
• Monitor OPD, IPD, emergency, admission, discharge, and patient safety workflow.
• Support implementation of clinical protocols, medical policies, and quality standards.
• Handle patient care escalations and interdepartmental clinical coordination issues.
• Review medical reports, clinical documentation, incidents, and operational updates.
• Support medical manpower planning, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure ethical, safe, and patient-centered medical leadership.
