Opening For Resident Medical Officers

The Resident Medical Officer will manage patient assessment, ward care, emergency response, consultant coordination, treatment support, and medical documentation at Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai. This requires MBBS or medical qualification with 1–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend admitted, emergency, OPD, ICU, ward, and assigned patients during duty hours.
• Take history, conduct clinical examination, and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, admissions, referrals, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor vitals, reports, treatment response, symptoms, and clinical progress.
• Maintain case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and handover records.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, lab, radiology, ICU, OT, and billing teams.
• Respond to emergency calls and escalate critical patients immediately.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, patient safety, and documentation standards.
