Floor Manager

The Floor Manager will supervise floor-level hospital operations, patient movement, service coordination, staff communication, and daily workflow at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Erode. This requires any graduate or hospital administration qualification with 3–7 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned floor operations and ensure smooth patient movement.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counsellors, front office, billing, and support teams.
• Monitor patient waiting time, consultation flow, diagnostic process, and service delivery.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and operational delays professionally.
• Maintain floor discipline, cleanliness, patient comfort, and service standards.
• Track daily floor activities, pending services, reports, and patient coordination updates.
• Support admission, procedure, surgery, and follow-up coordination when required.
• Ensure patient-friendly, organized, and efficient floor management.
