Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will manage front desk operations, patient registration, appointment coordination, enquiry handling, call management, billing guidance, and patient support in a hospital or healthcare setup. Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and guests professionally at the front desk.
• Handle patient registration, appointment booking, enquiry response, and OPD coordination.
• Provide correct information about doctors, departments, timings, services, and hospital procedures.
• Guide patients for consultation, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, reports, and admission process.
• Manage phone calls, walk-in enquiries, patient service requests, and appointment confirmations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and patient care teams.
• Maintain appointment registers, enquiry logs, patient records, and front office documentation.
• Support admission, discharge, patient movement, and basic coordination activities when required.
• Use hospital software, computer systems, telephone, printer, scanner, and office tools efficiently.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate complaints or service delays to seniors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
