Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, generating patient leads, developing doctor and referral relationships, supporting health camps, managing field marketing activities, and improving hospital brand visibility. This requires good communication skills, field work ability, relationship-building skills, and knowledge of healthcare marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, health packages, and treatment facilities.
- Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, community partners, and referral sources.
- Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, patients, corporates, and healthcare partners.
- Support health camps, awareness programs, outreach activities, and local marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral records, and marketing MIS.
- Coordinate with OPD, front office, billing, diagnostics, doctors, and patient care teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, referrals, and campaign responses for better conversion.
- Track competitor activity, local market feedback, and patient service expectations.
- Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
- Support digital, field, corporate, and community marketing activities when required.
- Strengthen hospital visibility, trust, patient engagement, and referral growth.
