Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care across various departments, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies. • Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of patient care areas and medical equipment.
• Handle and operate medical equipment safely and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures such as CPR.
• Ensure patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
