Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance will support GMP compliance, documentation review, batch record checking, deviation handling, audit preparation, SOP compliance, and quality system activities at Lupin, Nagpur. This is suitable for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience and requires D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance activities related to manufacturing, packaging, documentation, and compliance.
• Review batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, logbooks, and quality documents under guidance.
• Ensure production and quality activities are performed as per approved SOPs and GMP standards.
• Assist in deviation, change control, CAPA, incident, and investigation documentation.
• Support line clearance, area checks, process verification, and shop floor compliance activities.
• Participate in internal audits, documentation checks, and quality system follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation as per Good Documentation Practices and data integrity requirements.
• Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, engineering, and regulatory teams when required.
• Report non-compliance, documentation gaps, or quality concerns to seniors promptly.
• Support SOP preparation, revision, training records, and compliance tracking.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and pharma quality standards at all times.
• Ensure quality-focused, compliant, and disciplined QA support.
