Quality Control

The Quality Control will support laboratory testing, sample analysis, documentation, instrument handling, quality checks, and compliance activities at Lupin, Nagpur. This is suitable for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience and requires D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Follow approved SOPs, test methods, specifications, and quality control guidelines.
• Handle laboratory instruments, glassware, reagents, standards, and testing materials carefully.
• Maintain accurate records of sample testing, observations, results, and laboratory documentation.
• Support calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of QC instruments.
• Report abnormal results, deviations, out-of-specification results, or testing issues to seniors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the quality control laboratory.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and GMP requirements.
• Support sample receipt, labeling, storage, tracking, and disposal as per SOP.
• Coordinate with QA, production, warehouse, and other departments when required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned testing and documentation work.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and accuracy in all QC activities.
