Production Injectables

The Production Injectables will support injectable manufacturing operations, sterile area activities, equipment handling, batch processing, documentation, GMP compliance, and production coordination at Lupin, Nagpur. This is suitable for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience and requires D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support injectable production activities as per approved batch records and SOPs.
• Assist in sterile manufacturing, filling, sealing, inspection, and related production processes under supervision.
• Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures, cleanroom discipline, and contamination control guidelines.
• Operate or assist in handling production equipment as per training and authorization.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records, logbooks, equipment usage records, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, engineering, warehouse, and production team members.
• Monitor process parameters and report any abnormality, deviation, or equipment issue to seniors.
• Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and data integrity requirements during all production activities.
• Support cleaning, line clearance, area readiness, and material verification activities.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, packing materials, and production consumables.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness in injectable production areas.
• Support safe, compliant, and quality-focused injectable manufacturing operations.
