Sr Manager - Patent Cell

Job Description:

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sr. Manager – Patent Cell to join their dynamic team and manage intellectual property activities related to APIs. The involves patent analysis, IP strategy support, and ensuring compliance with global patent frameworks to support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage API-related intellectual property activities and patent lifecycle processes
• Conduct patent searches and prepare landscape analysis using global databases
• Perform IP evaluation and due diligence for international markets
• Analyze freedom-to-operate (FTO), validity, and infringement risks
• Handle patentability assessments, prior art searches, and drafting support
• Coordinate patent filing and prosecution activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Track key patents, monitor new publications, and maintain IP databases
• Provide strategic inputs to support R&D and business decisions
