Senior Manager Finance & Accounts ( Internal Audit)

Job Description:

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (Internal Audit) to join their dynamic team and lead risk-based audit initiatives across the organization. The focuses on strengthening internal controls, driving audit excellence, and leveraging analytics to enhance risk assessment and compliance in a fast-paced global environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans
• Conduct audits across finance, operations, compliance, and risk areas
• entify control gaps, fraud risks, and process improvement opportunities
• Lead audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to internal audit methodologies and standards
• Utilize data analytics and automation for effective audit coverage
• Present audit findings to leadership and track closure of observations
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments and geographies
• Stay updated with accounting standards, audit practices, and regulatory changes
• Manage and mentor audit team members to ensure high performance
