Job Description

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to join their dynamic team and lead accounts payable and receivable operations. The focuses on ensuring accurate financial transactions, strengthening internal controls, managing team performance, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
  • Ensure timely processing and posting of invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Monitor and execute weekly payment cycles as per company policies
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy of financial records and supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial guidelines
  • Support internal and external audits with required data and reports
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams for smooth operations
  • Supervise and guide AP/AR team members for daily activities
  • Allocate work and track team productivity to meet deadlines
  • entify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance standards
