Job Description:

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a professional responsible for performing quality control analysis of in-process, finished product (FP), and process validation samples. The involves accurate testing, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards. The candidate will play a key in maintaining product quality,entifying deviations, and ensuring all observations are communicated promptly to the concerned authority.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis of in-process, finished product, and process validation samples as per assigned work and standard procedures
  • Ensure accurate documentation of analytical results and preparation of reports along with raw data within defined timelines
  • Submit test reports to the section in charge/designee with complete and compliant documentation
  • Immediately report any abnormal observations, incidents, Out of Trend (OOT), and Out of Specification (OOS) results during analysis
  • Follow all quality control procedures, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during testing activities
  • Maintain proper records, logs, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of laboratory instruments and work areas
  • Coordinate with team members and seniors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of analysis
