Production Officer

Dedicated Production Officer responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing production activities while ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational targets. Skilled in production management, process optimization, GMP compliance, manpower coordination, documentation, and equipment utilization. Experienced in maintaining efficient manufacturing operations, achieving production goals, and ensuring product quality within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per production schedules and targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments.
• Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records, and documentation.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance requirements.
• Supervise production operators and shop-floor activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor yield, productivity, and process efficiency metrics.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to EHS guidelines.
• Participate in validation, qualification, and process improvement activities.
• Support inventory control and material reconciliation processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in production areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
