Executive - Quality Assurance

The Executive - Quality Assurance will be responsible for vendor qualification activities, supplier documentation review, vendor audits support, compliance tracking, and quality assurance coordination at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Ahmedabad. This requires B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification with 3–5 years of experience in formulation QA, vendor qualification, GMP documentation, supplier quality, and quality system compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support vendor qualification and requalification activities for raw material, packaging material, and service vendors.
• Review vendor questionnaires, quality agreements, audit reports, certificates, and compliance documents.
• Maintain vendor qualification files, approved vendor lists, trackers, and supplier records.
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, QC, QA, production, and vendors for documentation completion.
• Support vendor audits, audit scheduling, audit observations, and CAPA follow-up.
• Review supplier-related deviations, complaints, changes, and quality events.
• Ensure vendor qualification activities comply with GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures.
• Track pending vendor documents, requalification timelines, and audit closure status.
• Assist in risk assessment of vendors based on material criticality and compliance history.
• Prepare vendor qualification summaries and quality review inputs.
• Support change control and supplier approval processes.
• Maintain accurate, traceable, and audit-ready vendor documentation.
• Escalate vendor compliance gaps, delayed CAPA, or documentation deficiencies to seniors.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Ensure reliable supplier quality support for formulation manufacturing operations.
