Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Monitor implementation of quality management systems across multiple sites or departments.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments regularly.
• Oversee CAPA implementation and track effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Review deviations, change controls, investigations, and quality documentation.
• Drive standardization of quality practices across manufacturing and business functions.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, regulatory, and engineering teams on quality matters.
• Support risk assessments and quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators for management reporting.
• Ensure readiness for external audits, inspections, and certification activities.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend process enhancements.
• Train teams on quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support vendor qualification, supplier audits, and quality evaluations.
