Technical Assistant- Operator

The Technical Assistant – Operator – Production Injectables will support sterile injectable production activities by operating equipment, following GMP standards, and maintaining accurate batch documentation. This involves preparation, filling, sealing, inspection support, cleaning, and line clearance activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The candidate should be disciplined, quality-focused, safety-conscious, and capable of following SOPs, aseptic practices, and production instructions to ensure consistent and compliant injectable manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate injectable production equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing instructions.
• Support sterile manufacturing activities such as preparation, filling, sealing, inspection, and related operations.
• Monitor critical process parameters including temperature, pressure, time, speed, and equipment readings.
• Follow GMP, aseptic practices, hygiene standards, and contamination control procedures.
• Perform equipment cleaning, area cleaning, setup, and line clearance activities.
• Record production data, batch details, observations, and equipment logbook entries accurately.
• Check materials, components, containers, and equipment readiness before batch operations.
• Report machine breakdowns, process deviations, or abnormal observations to supervisors immediately.
• Support in-process checks and coordinate with QA or IPQA teams when required.
• Handle sterile materials and injectable products carefully to prevent contamination or mix-ups.
• Follow gowning procedures, PPE requirements, and safety practices in production areas.
• Assist in changeover activities and ensure proper segregation of materials and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and housekeeping in injectable production areas.
• Support timely batch completion as per production schedule and quality expectations.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
