Senior Manager-Supply Chain Management

The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely supply chain operations. The includes procurement planning, vendor negotiation, inventory control, stock audit, material availability, and coordination with pharmacy, stores, accounts, administration, and clinical departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain, procurement, and inventory management activities.
• Monitor purchase planning, stock levels, material availability, and consumption patterns.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, accounts, user departments, and management.
• Review stock reports, pending indents, GRN, issue records, and inventory MIS.
• Track shortages, slow-moving items, expiry, damage, and urgent requirements.
• Implement cost control, process improvement, and inventory optimization.
• Supervise supply chain team performance and documentation quality.
• Support stock audits, reconciliation, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely, transparent, and efficient hospital supply chain operations.
