Staff Nurse - Ward

The Ward Staff Nurse will manage patients in assigned wards by following doctor orders, monitoring treatment response, and maintaining safe nursing practices. The candidate should have good clinical discipline, communication, and patient care

attitude.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to admitted patients.
• Monitor vitals, symptoms, oxygen level, pain, and treatment response.
• Administer prescribed medicines, IV fluids, injections, and oxygen.
• Assist doctors during rounds, dressing, and procedures.
• Maintain nursing charts, medication records, and handover notes.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, billing, and patient care teams.
• Support admission, discharge, transfer, and patient shifting.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Report abnormal findings promptly.
• Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and dignity.
