Staff Nurse - Ward

The Ward Staff Nurse will support patient care under senior guidance by monitoring patients, assisting doctors, administering prescribed care, and maintaining basic nursing records. The is suitable for fresher or junior nurses.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to ward patients.
• Monitor vitals and patient condition.
• Administer medicines and IV fluids as instructed.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during ward activities.
• Maintain nursing notes and handover records.
• Support admission, discharge, and shifting.
• Follow infection control and patient safety practices.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and billing teams.
• Report patient deterioration promptly.
• Maintain patient comfort and dignity.
