Staff Nurse - Ward

The Staff Nurse will support ward operations by ensuring safe patient care, accurate medication administration, timely reporting, and proper nursing records. The requires nursing experience and patient service commitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to ward patients.
• Monitor vitals, symptoms, pain, and treatment response.
• Administer prescribed medicines and nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during care activities.
• Maintain nursing documentation and handover records.
• Follow infection control and biomedical waste protocols.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, and billing.
• Support admission, discharge, and patient movement.
• Report abnormal clinical findings promptly.
• Deliver ethical and compassionate nursing care.
