Staff Nurse - Nursing

The Staff Nurse will support safe and compassionate patient care by following nursing protocols and doctor instructions. The candidate should be able to work in ward or assigned clinical areas with discipline and patient-friendly communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in assigned departments.
• Monitor vitals and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and oxygen safely.
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
• Maintain nursing notes and medication records.
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, and billing.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge, and shifting.
• Report patient deterioration promptly.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity.
