Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to ward patients.
• Monitor vitals and symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medicines and IV fluids safely.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during ward care.
• Maintain nursing notes and handover records.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and shifting.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene practices.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and billing departments.
• Report patient condition changes promptly.
• Maintain patient comfort and dignity.
