Staff Nurse-ER

The ER Staff Nurse will support fast emergency response by assisting doctors during urgent care, monitoring critical patients, maintaining emergency records, and coordinating with ICU, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive emergency patients and support triage.
• Monitor vitals, oxygen level, pain, and consciousness.
• Administer emergency medicines, IV fluids, and oxygen safely.
• Assist doctors during CPR, dressing, trauma care, and resuscitation.
• Maintain emergency nursing records and handover notes.
• Prepare crash cart, monitors, oxygen, suction, and emergency supplies.
• Coordinate with ICU, OT, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and billing.
• Report critical changes immediately.
• Follow PPE, infection control, and emergency safety rules.
• Deliver fast and compassionate emergency nursing care.
