Patient Care Officer - Clinical

The Patient Care Officer will assist patients and families through hospital processes by coordinating with clinical and non-clinical departments. The candidate should ensure timely communication, smooth service flow, and positive patient experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hospital services and process flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and front office.
• Track appointments, reports, procedures, approvals, and discharge tasks.
• Handle patient queries and service concerns politely.
• Maintain patient care trackers and service records.
• Escalate delays or unresolved complaints to seniors.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge, and patient movement.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Communicate professionally with patients and attendants.
• Ensure organized and patient-friendly care coordination.
