Patient Care Officer - Clinical

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hospital process flow.
• Coordinate appointments, reports, billing, admission, and discharge support.
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, lab, radiology, and billing teams.
• Track pending services and patient requests.
• Handle patient queries politely.
• Escalate service delays or complaints to seniors.
