Patient Care Officer - Clinical

The Patient Care Officer will act as a communication bridge between patients, doctors, nursing, billing, diagnostics, and support departments. The requires strong patient handling, issue resolution, coordination, and hospital service knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients through consultation, diagnostics, admission, billing, and discharge process.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and front office teams.
• Track patient requests, reports, appointments, and service delays.
• Handle patient and attendant queries politely.
• Escalate complaints, service gaps, or urgent concerns to seniors.
• Maintain patient care trackers, service records, and follow-up logs.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge, and patient movement coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Improve patient satisfaction through timely coordination.
• Ensure respectful and patient-friendly clinical support.
