Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients and attendants through hospital services.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, pharmacy, lab, and radiology teams.
• Track patient reports, appointments, procedures, and pending services.
• Handle queries, complaints, and service concerns professionally.
• Maintain patient care records and follow-up trackers.
• Support admission, discharge, transfer, and patient movement.
• Escalate service delays or serious concerns to seniors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and respectful communication.
• Improve patient experience through timely coordination.
• Ensure smooth clinical service support.
