Personal Assistant is responsible for providing executive support, scheduling coordination, documentation, communication handling, and administrative assistance to hospital leadership or senior management. The requires any graduate qualification with relevant experience preferred and 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates should have good communication skills, documentation ability, coordination skills, computer knowledge, and professional office management behaviour.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate communication between management, departments, vendors, and external contacts.
  • Prepare letters, reports, minutes, presentations, and official documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and visitor coordination professionally.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, documents, and management information.
  • Track pending tasks and follow up with departments for timely updates.
  • Support meeting arrangements, calendar planning, and travel coordination.
  • Assist in documentation, data entry, filing, and administrative reporting.
  • Coordinate with HR, admin, finance, clinical, and support departments as required.
  • Maintain organized records of official communication and approvals.
  • Support management in daily operational and administrative work.
  • Ensure confidentiality of hospital, staff, and business information.
  • Provide timely reminders for important meetings and tasks.
